These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use, purchase, and installation of Stub-Lock Pro™ (“Product”), manufactured and sold by Stub-Lock Pro™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, installing, or using this Product, you agree to these Terms.

Stub-Lock Pro™ is intended solely as a plumbing accessory designed to help prevent tub spout copper pipes from moving during installation of finish trim. The Product is designed for use by qualified plumbing professionals or individuals with appropriate plumbing knowledge.

• Stub-Lock Pro™ must be installed on the copper pipe leading up to the valve, not on the tub spout stub-out.
   
• The Product must be installed in accordance with the provided installation instructions.
   
• Improper installation, misuse, or installation contrary to instructions may result in product failure and void any warranty.
   

The installer is solely responsible for:

• Verifying compatibility with the specific plumbing configuration
   
• Ensuring compliance with all local plumbing codes
   
• Confirming correct placement, orientation, and fit prior to completing installation
   

Stub-Lock Pro™ does not replace proper plumbing practices or required pipe supports.

Stub-Lock Pro™ may include score lines or break points to allow shortening for tile or thick wall installations. Any modification, cutting, or breaking of the Product is performed at the installer’s discretion and risk.

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from improper modification.

Stub-Lock Pro™ is manufactured using polymer materials (including PLA or similar plastics). While designed for durability under normal installation conditions, the Product is not intended to bear structural loads, resist extreme force, or substitute for permanent structural pipe supports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Stub-Lock Pro™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, water damage, labor costs, or loss of use.
   
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the original purchase price of the Product.
   

Stub-Lock Pro™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made except where required by law.

Stub-Lock Pro™, including its design, name, and associated materials, is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to modify the Product design, materials, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Use of Stub-Lock Pro™ constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
